Andy has spent the majority of his working life in the Steel Industry, where as part of his job as Development Manager, he was responsible for Environmental issues.

In 1996 he started a new business producing recycled aggregates that included demolition, transport and contract hire. Two years ago he became Environment and Recycling Manager working for JDM Accord who are a Highway Maintenance company.

In his present role he is responsible for the introduction and implementation of sustainable construction techniques for clients in Staffordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire and Anglesey.
