John Barraclough

Director
John Barraclough is the Director of JBEnviro, a small independent environmental consultancy providing environmental and resource efficiency support to both public and private sector clients.  JBEnviro specialises in helping organisations to improve their environmental performance through resource efficiency and environmental management and has worked with a number of high profile clients including Advantage West Midlands, Business Link WM, Tourism West Midlands and the Waste & Resources Action Programme.
 
Prior to starting JBEnviro John spent a number of years working for Groundwork West Midlands EBS and Envirowise, helping businesses to implement ISO14001 and to make financial savings through resource efficiency campaigns.
 
Previously John spent over 15 years in technical roles within the Food & Drink sector, working with clients that included Guinness, Anheuser Busch, Carlsberg/Tetley, Scottish & Newcastle, Coors, Arla Foods, Coca Cola and AG Barrs.
 
In his spare time John enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen runner and mountaineer, climbing in Canada, Italian Dolomites, French Alps, Spanish Pyrenees, Switzerland and Nepal.
