Alan has been interested in environmental matters from a very young age. A graduate in Biological Chemistry, he worked in various quality and environmental management roles for large organisations, then spent 11 years supplying a wide range of quality and environmental test equipment to a broad customer base in the UK. In 1987 he set up his own firm to supply a range of process improvement, quality and environmental management systems consultancy and training. He specialises in ISO 9001, 14001 and the Business Excellence Model.
