Customer Care & Account Manager 

 Sarah first worked in retail and then moved into business to business sales for the Greeting card Industry. Working for both Hallmark Cards and then later for Carlton Cards - managing a team of over 100 Merchandisers.  Looking after National Accounts such as major supermarkets – ASDA, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s. Her claim to fame is that she stared in a training video for ASDA!

Joining AdGiftsOnline in 2002 she primarily looked after Customer Service. “Over the years we have built up an extensive database of both clients and suppliers. Constantly looking for new and innovative merchandise, we are very proud of our eco-friendly gift range.”

Sarah acts as a Business Buddy for the North Staffordshire Chamber of Commerce.

Interested in environmental issues and sustainability she was happy to become involved with SBEN.

In her spare time she enjoys walking in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside - reading, gardening, attending concerts, renovating her home and being a proud Mum of 3 boys and a rescue dog called FUDGE!
