Helen Swift (Sustainability Officer)
Helen works with a range of organisations in the voluntary and community sectors to raise awareness of sustainability issues. Other responsibilities include:

Co-ordinating the activities of Sustainable Staffordshire
(Staffordshire's independent local agenda forum).
Organising the Staffordshire Green Awards
Promoting sustainable food and green tourism initiatives in
Staffordshire.

Chris Read (SBEN Administration)
Chris joined Development Services from the Education Department, in January 2002. She began working for SBEN in July 2003, and her responsibilities include:

Booking venues
Arranging invites
Liaising with delegates
Preparing delegates packs
Invoicing delegates after events
Maintaining databases

Ken Jones (SBEN Development Manager)
Ken joined the team in October 2003, and as Development Manager, is responsible for recruiting new members in the South of the County.

He previously worked for Coors Brewers, as Environmental & Contracts Manager, and was also SBEN's Vice Chairman.

Dave Hallam (SBEN Development Manager)
Dave became SBEN Development Manager in late 2000, on a "free transfer" from Barclays Bank. His present role includes responsibility for recruiting new members in the North, and managing the expanding SBEN team of 5.

Gill Garner (SBEN Project Co-ordinator)
After many years working for Barclays Bank, Gill felt it was time for a change! She joined the team in July 2001, and her main responsibilities include:

Liaising with speakers for the various events
Payment of invoices
Update of web site
Producing SBEN News
Helpline enquiries
