Fran Leedham, Head of Sustainability and Environment at Jaguar Land Rover, delivered a fascinating insight into the challenges facing the rapidly expanding JLR.

Challenging their employees to develop ‘environmental innovations’ in the workplace has been key to engaging the support of their 22,000 employees.

As work has begun at the Staffordshire site of their new AJ200 engine production plant Fran spoke of her aspirations to design the most efficient manufacturing plant in the UK. We’ll be looking forward to the chance of a sben enviro visit once it’s up and running!!

Due to confidentiality reasons, we have been requested by JLR, not to forward the presentation to our members or to load it onto our website.
